Where better to spend Halloween than the home of The Pendle Witches. There are plenty of eerie events to attend this Halloween around Lancashire.

Scare Kingdom is the UK's number 1 rated scare attraction. The park offers guests a chilling experience all put together by live actors, special effects and gut wrenching thrills. Scare Kingdom has 7 attractions that will leave you feeling horror-struck. Scare Kingdom runs until November 4th. Ticket prices and entry times vary due to the day you go. The minimum age for

entry is 12. Located at Mrs Dowsons Farm, Blackburn

Listen to stories of the supernatural this Halloween with Lancashire Terror Tours. The tours take place at Samlesbury Hall. Samlesbury Hall is thought to be haunted by the 'White Lady' who once lived there as Lady Dorothy Southworth. Come see for yourself if you think the Hall is haunted this Halloween. The tours take place on November 2nd and prices start at £35 per person (three course dinner included.)

Take a ride on the Ghost Train this Halloween. Departing from Bury, on this ride you will be joined by

giggling ghouls and mischievous monsters. You will learn about the haunted platforms and and dark tunnels of the East Lancashire Railroads. Fancy dress is encouraged for all ages. Activities for children include creepy craft making at Bury Transport Museum. All children will receive goody bags on board as well. Dates include 26th, 27th & 31st of October.


The Home of Halloween, Blackpool Tower Dungeons. This Halloween meet the famous Witch Hunter general at the dungeons. During the tour of the dungeons each visitor will be accused of a crime, their fate will be decided at the Witch Trails. The dungeons include 360 spooky sets to explore as well as one 'drop ride' Fun and frightening for all the Family this Halloween.
